Michel Ménard
Chartered accountant and founding member of the Giroux Ménard Group, has more than 35 years of experience in management and consulting.
In addition to actively participating in mergers and acquisitions, he oversees financing and tax planning issues.
Trained in an international firm of chartered accountants, he pursued his career in taxation, grants and corporate restructuring and then went on to set up his own firm.
He has a Bachelor’s degree from HEC Montréal.
