Roger Giroux
Chartered accountant and founding member of the Giroux Ménard Group, has more than 35 years of experience in management and consulting.
In addition to actively participating in mergers and acquisitions, he more specifically contributes to financing and negotiating transactions.
He began his career with an international firm of chartered accountants, and then worked as executive director in various companies before founding his own firm.
IlHe has a Bachelor’s degree from HEC Montréal.
